How long does it take to get set up on Artist 360?

Section titled “How long does it take to get set up on Artist 360?”

The First 15 Minutes guide gets you from sign-in to a working storefront in about a quarter of an hour. Creating your first product and uploading artwork can add another 15 to 20 minutes depending on how ready your files are.

Do I need special software to use Artist 360?

Section titled “Do I need special software to use Artist 360?”

No. Everything runs in a modern web browser. For live streaming, you’ll need an encoder like OBS (free) or a hardware encoder. See Streaming for the details.

Can a label or manager run a store for an artist?

Section titled “Can a label or manager run a store for an artist?”

Yes. Artist 360 is built for labels, artist managers, and marketers as well as solo artists. Create the creator account for the artist, then invite the rest of the team under the roles that fit each person’s scope. See Invite Your Team.

What’s the difference between Artwork and a Product?

Section titled “What’s the difference between Artwork and a Product?”

Artwork is an image file. A Product is something fans can buy — like a shirt with that artwork on it. You upload Artwork once and can reuse it across many Products. See Artwork and Products.

The most common reasons are low DPI, wrong dimensions for the target print zone, or content that doesn’t meet the platform’s policies. See Troubleshooting for the specific fixes.

Up to 2 business days. Most artwork is approved sooner. If it’s been longer, contact support from your Creator Studio.

You’re paid on the schedule you configure: weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. See Payments & Payouts for how to set your payout method and schedule.

Artist 360’s platform fee is a percentage of each sale. The exact rate depends on your plan. Your royalty is what remains after the platform fee and the product cost. See Payments & Payouts.

Either, depending on how you configure your shipping preset. You can charge a flat rate, use live rates, offer free shipping above a threshold, or absorb the cost yourself. See Your Storefront.

What happens to my payout if a fan gets a refund?

Section titled “What happens to my payout if a fan gets a refund?”

Refunds are subtracted from your next payout. If the refund is larger than your pending balance, the difference carries over. See Payments & Payouts.

Can I simulcast to YouTube and TikTok at the same time?

Section titled “Can I simulcast to YouTube and TikTok at the same time?”

Yes. Simulcast destinations let you send one live broadcast to multiple platforms at once. YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and custom RTMP are supported. See Streaming.

You set a ticket price (or pay-what-you-want, or free). Fans buy a ticket, which grants them access to watch live and, when you enable it, on replay. Ticket sales flow into your royalties the same way product sales do. See Streaming and Payments & Payouts.

There’s no hard limit. Assign each person the smallest role that lets them do their job. See Team.

Can one person belong to more than one creator account?

Section titled “Can one person belong to more than one creator account?”

Yes. If you work for multiple creators (common for managers, labels, and agencies), you can switch between them in Creator Studio. See Team.

Can I change a team member’s role later?

Section titled “Can I change a team member’s role later?”
