Buying Merch

Order from the creator’s storefront, pay securely, and track your shipment from one place.

Every creator runs their own store at a unique URL (usually handle.artist360.live or a custom domain). You buy directly from that store — Artist 360 handles the payment processing, the creator fulfills the order.

  1. Open the creator’s storefront.
  2. Click a product to view details, sizes, and colors.
  3. Pick the variant you want (size, color, pressing) and click Add to Cart.
  4. Open the cart, review items, and click Checkout.
  5. Enter shipping and payment details. Artist 360 processes the payment securely through Stripe.
  6. Submit the order. You’ll see an order confirmation page and receive an email receipt.

Most merch ships within 3-7 business days after the creator fulfills it. Exact windows depend on the creator’s production and fulfillment approach — some items are print-on-demand (shipped after they’re made), others are pre-made and shipped immediately.

Once the creator ships your order, you’ll receive a second email with a tracking number and carrier link. You can also sign in to your Artist 360 fan account to see order status and tracking.

Return policies are set by each creator. Check the storefront’s Policies page or the product description for the creator’s return terms. If the item arrived damaged or wrong, contact the creator through the storefront’s support link or the order confirmation email.

Digital products (like downloadable tracks, stems, or PDFs) appear in your account right after payment. You’ll get a download link in the order confirmation email and in your order history.
