How to Read a Troubleshooting Page
Section titled “How to Read a Troubleshooting Page”Every problem follows the same pattern:
- Symptoms — What you see
- Cause — Why it’s happening
- Solution — Steps to fix it
If the fix doesn’t work, contact support and include the exact error text, the time it happened, and your creator account name. Those three details get us to a solution fastest.
