Stream Tickets

A stream ticket grants access to a creator’s live broadcast and — when the creator enables it — the recording afterward.

  1. Open the stream page on the creator’s storefront.
  2. Check the price tier. Streams can be free, paid, or pay-what-you-want (PWYW).
  3. Click Get Access (or Pay, for PWYW, and enter the amount).
  4. Sign in or create a fan account, then complete checkout.
  5. You’ll land back on the stream page with access unlocked.

The stream page shows the scheduled start time in your local timezone. Arrive a few minutes early — the creator usually starts a pre-show countdown. Once the stream goes live, click Watch Now on the same page.

Yes. Sign in with the same fan account on any device (phone, laptop, TV browser). Your ticket is tied to your account, not a specific device.

It depends on the creator. Some streams are live-only. Others are recorded and posted as VOD (video-on-demand), available to ticket holders for a limited window after the live date. Check the stream page — it says Recording available or Live only below the title.

If you bought a ticket and the stream is in progress, you can join late and watch from the current moment. If the creator enabled VOD, you can also watch the recording from the beginning once the live stream ends.

Try these in order:

  1. Refresh the stream page.
  2. Switch to a different browser or device.
  3. Check your internet speed — HD streaming needs about 5 Mbps.
  4. If problems continue, contact the creator through the stream page.

If you paid for access but can’t watch, see Getting Help.
