Fan Accounts

A fan account keeps your orders, stream tickets, and downloads together across every creator you buy from on Artist 360.

You don’t need a separate account per creator. One fan account gives you access to purchases from any Artist 360 storefront.

You don’t have to create one ahead of time. When you check out on any creator’s storefront, you’re offered two options:

  • Continue as guest — pay without an account. You’ll still get order emails with tracking and download links.
  • Create an account — add a password during checkout. Future orders are faster, and everything lives in one place.

If you checked out as a guest and want an account later, use the same email at sign-up — we’ll link your past orders.

Go to the Sign In link at the top of any creator’s storefront, or your order confirmation email has a direct link. Enter your email and password. If you forgot your password, click Reset Password and check your email.

Sign in and open My Orders. You’ll see:

  • Physical orders with shipping status and tracking links
  • Digital downloads with active download links
  • Stream tickets with links to upcoming and past streams

Yes. During checkout, check Save this card for next time. Your saved cards are managed securely by Stripe — Artist 360 never stores card numbers directly. You can remove saved cards from My AccountPayment Methods.

Sign in and open My AccountProfile. Update your name, email, or default shipping address. Changing your address here updates future orders only, not orders that have already shipped.

Yes. From My AccountPrivacy, click Delete Account. Your account is scheduled for deletion and your personal data is removed within 30 days. Past order records are kept for legal and tax purposes but are no longer tied to you personally.
