Getting Help

Most issues are fastest to solve through the creator directly. Artist 360 support handles account and payment problems that sit outside of what a creator can fix.

Reach the creator for anything specific to what you bought from them:

  • Shipping questions, delays, or damaged items
  • Product questions (sizing, pressing details, etc.)
  • Refunds or returns under their policy
  • Stream content or schedule questions

Find the creator’s contact link at the footer of their storefront, or reply to the order confirmation email.

Reach Artist 360 support for anything that isn’t creator-specific:

  • You can’t sign in to your fan account
  • A payment failed or charged incorrectly
  • You need to delete your account
  • A storefront is broken or unavailable
  • You believe a storefront is violating Artist 360’s terms

Email [email protected] with your order number (if relevant) and a short description.

To get a fast answer, include:

  • Your fan account email
  • The order number (starts with A360-)
  • The creator’s storefront URL or name
  • A screenshot if something on the page looks wrong
  • The device and browser you’re on

Creators set their own response windows. Most reply within 1-2 business days. Artist 360 support replies to account and payment issues within 1 business day on weekdays.

If a creator hasn’t answered after a week, contact Artist 360 support with the order number. We can mediate refund or fulfillment disputes when a creator is unresponsive.
