Go-Live Checklist
Time estimate: about 5 minutes.
Your storefront is always visible at your subdomain from the moment your account is created. “Going live” on Artist 360 really means: you have an approved, active product on the page, your shipping and payout are set, and you’ve confirmed what fans will see. This checklist walks through the final verifications before you share the link.
Branding
Section titled “Branding”- Tagline, Bio, Genre, and Accent Color are set in Store Settings
- Social links (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify) added where relevant
- Logo is uploaded (if you use one)
- Preview Storefront shows what you expect
If any of these aren’t set yet, go back to Set Up Your Storefront.
Artwork
Section titled “Artwork”- At least one artwork shows status Approved in your Artwork library
- Artwork is the version you actually want on products
If artwork is still Pending Review, you can’t go live yet with that artwork. Review takes up to 2 business days. Start more artwork in parallel if you’re planning multiple products.
Products
Section titled “Products”- At least one product shows status Approved or Active
- Each product you want fans to see is set to Active from its detail page
- Product pricing is set per variant (sizes, colors, pressings)
- Product images in Mockups view look the way you want
Products stuck on Pending aren’t visible to fans. Products on Approved are ready but not yet visible; click Activate on the product detail page when you’re ready.
Shipping
Section titled “Shipping”- A shipping preset is selected on the Shipping card in Store Settings
- Free-shipping thresholds match your plan
Shipping is required for physical products. If you sell only digital products or stream tickets, shipping doesn’t apply.
Payouts
Section titled “Payouts”- A payout method is set up in Payments & Payouts (bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo, or Wise)
- The payout method is verified (follow the email confirmation link)
- You’ve picked a Payout Schedule
Without a payout method, your sales still record, but Artist 360 can’t transfer money. Set this up before your first sale rolls in. Deeper guide: Payments & Payouts.
- Every team member has the right role
- No pending invitations are left to expire
- Your own account has 2FA enabled in Account & Security
Final preview
Section titled “Final preview”- Open your storefront URL in a private/incognito window (so you’re not signed in).
- Click through to at least one product detail page.
- Start a test checkout. Stop before entering payment.
- Confirm shipping options, totals, and product images all appear as expected.
If anything looks wrong, fix it in Creator Studio and re-check. Fans who land on a broken page rarely come back.
Share your storefront
Section titled “Share your storefront”Once every box above is ticked, share your storefront URL in your social bios, newsletters, stream overlays, and merch announcements. Fans can now browse and buy.
