Invite Your Team

Time estimate: about 2 minutes per invite.

A Creator account on Artist 360 can have as many team members as you need. Invite someone, assign a role, and they get scoped access to your store. Roles range from Owner (full control) to Analyst (read-only). This page covers the first-time invite flow; deeper role details are in Team.

  1. Sign in to Creator Studio.
  2. Open Team from the Creator Studio menu.

You’ll see three sections:

  • Current Members — everyone who has access today
  • Pending Invitations — invites sent but not yet accepted
  • Invite Form — send a new invite
  1. In the invite form, enter the teammate’s Email Address.
  2. Pick a Role from the dropdown.
  3. Click Send Invitation.

The invitation appears in the Pending Invitations list. Your teammate receives an email with a link to accept. Once they accept, they move from Pending to Current Members with the role you assigned.

Pick the role that matches what the teammate actually does. You can change a member’s role later.

RoleWhat They Can Do
OwnerFull access. Can invite, remove, and change roles. Only Owners can change payout methods.
ManagerFull access to products, orders, artwork, storefront settings, streaming. Cannot change payout methods or remove members.
EditorCreate and edit artwork and products. No access to orders, payouts, or team settings.
AnalystRead-only access to orders, sales reports, and stream analytics. No editing.
Store AdminManage storefront settings, orders, shipping, and fulfillment. No access to artwork, products, or payouts.

A Pending Invitations row shows the email, the date sent, and a status:

  • Pending — invite is still valid and waiting to be accepted
  • Expired — invite link has aged out and can’t be used

If an invite expires, delete it from the pending list and send a fresh one.

  1. In the Current Members table, click the Remove action next to the member.
  2. Confirm the action in the dialog.

You cannot remove yourself. If the account needs a different Owner, the current Owner has to invite and promote the new Owner first, then step down.

  • Sent at least one team invitation
  • Picked the right role for the teammate
  • Member appears in Pending Invitations (or Current Members if they’ve accepted)
